You Have the Right to Choose
If you prefer that we limit our disclosure of nonpublic personal information to our affiliates, you may opt out of those disclosures, that is, you may direct us not to make those disclosures (other than the disclosures permitted by law). In such event; however, you may not learn of other opportunities that might be of interest. You may further elect not to receive marketing solicitations from our affiliates, which are based upon such information. Please note that if you make this election, we will still call you and send you mail in order to service your existing relationships with us or to provide account related information (and, when doing so, our mailings may include pre-printed marketing materials). A joint obligor may also opt out on behalf of other obligors. An “Opt-Out Request” can be made at any time. It is effective within thirty days of receipt and will remain effective until you tell us to change your choice. Variable Rate Adjustment Information
The financial product(s) that may be offered to you and which you propose to enter into (the “Transaction”), may contain provisions that refer to an interest rate benchmark which may be reformed and/or discontinued during the term of the Transaction. If Adverse Action is taken…
If your application for business credit is denied, you have the right to a written statement of the specific reasons for the denial. To obtain the statement, please write Ag Solutions Capital at the address listed on the reverse or call (303) 800-5325 within 60 days from the date you are notified of our decision. We will send you a written statement of reasons for the denial within 30 days of receiving your request for the statement.

The USA Patriot Act Disclosure
USA Patriot Act/Identity Theft – Customer Identification Program
Enacted to help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities. Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who applied for a loan. When you apply for a loan, we will ask your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents.
The Right to Receive Appraisal Disclosure
If your credit is to be secured by a first lien on a dwelling, we may order an appraisal to determine the property’s value and charge you for this appraisal. We will promptly give you a copy of any appraisal, even if your loan does not close. You can pay for an additional appraisal for your own use at your own cost.
The following disclosure applies ONLY to applicants who make a request for credit which is proposed to be secured by Non-Residential Properties located in the State of California.
Notice to Applicant of Right to Receive Copy of Appraisal (Non-Residential Properties)
In compliance with California’s Real Estate Appraiser’s Licensing and Certification Law (Division 4, Part 3, Section 11422 11423 of the California Business and Professions Code), you have the right to a copy of the appraisal used in connection with your application for credit, provided that you have paid for the appraisal in full.
If you request a copy of the appraisal report, and you have paid for the cost of the appraisal, we will send you a copy at the address shown on your loan application or address provided during this request for credit process. You are only entitled to receive a copy of the appraisal for purposes of evaluating your request for an extension of credit with Ag Solutions Capital, LLC.
We must hear from you no later than 90 days after we notify you about the action taken on your credit application, including notice of incomplete application. If you withdraw your application, you must make your request for a copy of the appraisal within 90 days of your withdrawal.
