Variable Rate Adjustment Information
The financial product(s) that may be offered to you and which you propose to enter into (the “Transaction”), may contain provisions that refer to an interest rate benchmark which may be reformed and/or discontinued during the term of the Transaction. Interest rate benchmark reform and/or discontinuation presents various risks which may have a material financial/economic or other impact on the Transaction, including but not limited to causing the referenced interest rate benchmark for the financial product to change. By proceeding with the Transaction, you are deemed to understand and accept the risks posed by interest rate benchmark reform and/or discontinuation. Please note that Ag Solutions Capital, LLC does not provide advice or recommendations on the suitability of your product choice, including with respect to any interest rate benchmark reform and/or discontinuation. IMPORTANT: This statement should be read in conjunction with the notice on our website, available at: https://agsolutionscapital.com/resources/ providing further information on the reform and discontinuation of interest rate benchmarks and the associated financial/economic and other risks. If you enter into the Transaction you are deemed to have understood and accepted the contents of that notice.
